Salt, Sweet and Spicy Winter Nuts

A delicious addition to your seasonal snacks, perfect for entertaining or a Christmas movie.

Ingredients

A selection of nuts - we like Cashew, Pine, Hazel. Macadamia and Walnuts

Knob of butter

Sprig of rosemary

Brown sugar

Cayenne pepper

PURE Droitwich Salt

Method

Toast a selection of Cashew, Pine, Hazel, Macadamia and Walnuts.

Next melt the butter, finely chopped rosemary, cayenne pepper and brown sugar.

Cover the nuts in the butter mix, then sprinkle all over with PURE Droitwich Salt.
